Large oil storage tanks are large containers with a capacity of more than 100 cubic meters, consisting of tank walls, tank tops, tank bottoms and tank accessories for storing crude oil or other petroleum products. Large storage tanks are containers used to store oil products. They are the main equipment of oil depots and are mainly used in refineries, oil fields, oil depots and other industries. Oil storage tank working principle:

 1. The “eddy current heat film heat exchanger” is extended radially along the tank to the bottom of the tank. The hot medium (steam) will flow through the piping channels and the oil will flow between the inner and outer piping of the shell channels. The oil suction port of the housing is directly connected to the oil tank.

 2. A temperature control valve is installed at the steam inlet of the heat exchanger and the temperature of the oil outlet is detected by a temperature sensor to control the steam inlet of the heat exchanger in order to ensure a constant temperature of the oil. The heat exchanger utilizes a highly efficient heat exchange element, the vortex heat film tube, to keep the oil flowing between the tubes. The thermal efficiency is 3-5 times higher than ordinary heat exchangers. The enhanced heat transfer mechanism is that as the oil flows over the inner and outer surfaces, it is designed to flow turbulently, generating strong vibrations and scrubbing, with the direction of flow constantly changing. Constant replacement of high-temperature oil close to the surface of the pipe wall. The insulation is thinned or even damaged. Heat transfer on metal surfaces is accelerated and the fluid is microscopic, intensifying eddy currents to enhance heat diffusion within the oil. It does not cause localized high temperatures and overheating of the fluid near the wall surface, so the oil can be heated correctly and adequately without coking and decomposition. It has good heat transfer properties with little resistance.

 Oil storage tank heating characteristics:

 1. Fast heating speed, high heat transfer efficiency, not easy to scale.

 2. The oil can be heated quantitatively, how much heating is needed.

 3. The oil will not have localized high temperature and carbonization, thus ensuring the quality of the oil and the heat transfer efficiency of the heater.

 4. The high temperature of the oil outlet in the tank ensures the fluidity of the injected oil.

 5. Avoiding repeated heating of oil in the tank ensures the color of oil and reduces the cost of oil treatment.

 6. Long service life, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, anti-scaling function, greatly improving the overall performance of the heat exchanger.

 7. Advanced process structure design ensures the smooth outflow of oil.

 8. Automatic control can be realized, according to the temperature of the oil and oil flow to control the feed rate of steam.

 9. The oil storage tank is compact, easy to install and maintain, and the safety of the tank will not be affected by the installation of the heater. Compared with the U-tube heat exchanger, the external size of the scroll heat film heat exchanger is only half of the external size of the U-tube heat exchanger under the same heat exchange area.

 10. Compared with electric heating, it is safer, gentler and has less impact on the quality of the oil in the tank.
